What a wonderful December with our friends in the remote highlands of Nicaragua as we prepare to give out Bags of Hope for Christmas! We’re just reflecting on God’s goodness during our visit. We had a group of ladies that helped to everything packed and ready to go to so that we could share some fun, food and the Christmas story in the village.
Serving people who actually need to know the love of Jesus is one of Highland Mission’s priorities and responsibilities in the great commission that He left us as a church. We had a great day in December in Los Prendedisos as God allowed us to bring a smile and a gift to the children and parents there. Hearts of gratitude were overflowing, and we give God the glory for this opportunity!
The ladies of Silk Hope Baptist Church had a special time sharing the message of hope in Jesus, sharing the Story of Christmas and the joy of giving. Thank you ladies for serving and loving like Jesus during this trip. There’s a crown in heaven for you!
