Our new congregation “On the road to Granada” continues to grow and impact their community. We are seeing more men and women along with their children come to our services. Pastor Juan and Jasmina are active in the community on a regular basis sharing the gospel, lending a hand or just being a friend.
A few weeks ago, Pastor Juan and the Church had the privilege of hosting the wedding of one of our new couples. The couple’s son began coming to our Saturday feeding program. Through the young man’s participation in the program, Pastor Juan had the occasion to visit with family. During these visits, Pastor Juan led the father, mother, and son to faith in Christ. As a result, mom and dad decided that because of their new faith they needed to put things in order. The week after they were baptized, Pastor Juan and Community of Faith Road to Granada had the pleasure of sharing in their wedding. This young couple publicly committed themselves to Christ and to each other.
I love seeing God work in the lives of young couples and then see them publicly commit themselves to walking in faith and leading their family. Continue to pray for and to support Pastor Juan and the congregation in Granada.
