Wow, Has it been that long! I apologize for dropping the ball and not keeping up with the blog or the website. Over the next several weeks we hope to update some content and improve our website and provide more current information.
That said… WOW! The past year has flown by and we have so much to share!
God has been blessing ministry of HMC greatly! We are so thankful for our ministry partners, many of you have been with us from the beginning. We could not be impacting communities with the gospel without you. This year we have added two new church partners, Village of Faith, from The Villages Florida, and Vine Branch Community Church from Crossville TN. Vine Branch has been supporting our filter project for several years through their VBS missions offering and now have been down and installed filters in the homes. Jake the pastors son was so excited, in one home where they set a filter the man of the house started drinking the water from the filter just as soon as the sediment settled in the filter set in his home. In another home after sharing the story of the women at the well from John chapter 4, the team was encouraged as the husband share with the group in his home Mark 9:41 ” Truly I tell you, anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to the Messiah will certainly not lose their reward.” Needless to say this brought tears to everyones eyes. What a great reward to know that you have been used by the Father to bless another soul.
