Leadership
Local leadership is required to realize sustainable improvements in any community. We seek to work with the existing community leadership and to help develop and encourage a spirit of cooperation. By establishing new faith communities and supporting existing ones, our goal is to train and develop the leadership skills of the men and women in leadership roles by equipping them to better serve the members of the community and to improve their quality of life.
