Clinic
Setting up clinics in the local schools, churches, or under a tent, teams of medical professionals provide “basic medicine” to the villagers. When more serious conditions are diagnosed, these cases are referred to the local MINSA doctor for follow-up. As a part of our long term vision, we hope to establish community centers that will house a local clinic and pharmacy in population centers not currently serviced by MINSA or other privately-funded medical providers. As these “community centers” become a reality, we will be able to increase the level of our medical and dental care.
